I’ve been incredibly pleased with the service Isaac has provided – he’s always been really attentive and done a fantastic job with my plumbing and heating needs. I’ll definitely be using his services again for anything I need in the future.

“I’ve been using Anchorage Plumbing and Heating for a long time now, and I’ve always been really pleased with their service. They’re definitely on the pricier side, but they’re incredibly reliable and always manage to get the job done quickly.”
-
Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. They insisted on receiving the full payment – $2500 – upfront, before they even scheduled an appointment. While I understand needing a deposit, 50% is just too much and caused a huge amount of unnecessary back-and-forth questions and estimate revisions. Because of this, I’m going to be using a different service.
-
“Overall, our first experience with their service was positive. We used them for a straightforward zone valve replacement, and it was handled effectively with no issues.”
-
“I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They completely missed the problem – it turned out they needed to replace just the control board, a simple fix that only took an hour. Instead, they tried to charge me over $6000 for a new furnace. It felt completely unethical and like they were trying to take advantage of me during a stressful emergency. I won’t be using their services again.”
-
“It’s really frustrating when your boiler decides to give out in the summer, and that’s exactly what happened to mine. To make matters worse, my previous HVAC guy had retired, so I was stuck needing a completely new system.”
-
“I’m extremely disappointed with this company. The work was done recklessly and improperly, and I was wrongly charged for it. Frankly, they were completely incompetent – they even admitted to breaking a valve while trying to open it. It’s baffling how they’ve managed to get any positive reviews; I strongly advise against using their services.”
-
“I couldn’t be happier with the service Isaac provided. He was incredibly punctual, quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater, gave us a clear estimate of both the time and the cost, and got the job done really efficiently. He even offered some helpful suggestions for the future. I’d absolutely hire him again!”
-
“I wouldn’t recommend using this service for after-hours support. The only problem I had was…”
-
“Following the technician’s diagnosis, I scheduled the recommended repair. However, the day before the appointment, I received a call to let me know that the necessary part hadn’t been ordered, and I was then asked to cover the cost of expedited shipping to get it done.”
