  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. They insisted on receiving the full payment – $2500 – upfront, before they even scheduled an appointment. While I understand needing a deposit, 50% is just too much and caused a huge amount of unnecessary back-and-forth questions and estimate revisions. Because of this, I’m going to be using a different service. report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They completely missed the problem – it turned out they needed to replace just the control board, a simple fix that only took an hour. Instead, they tried to charge me over $6000 for a new furnace. It felt completely unethical and like they were trying to take advantage of me during a stressful emergency.   “I’m extremely disappointed with this company. The work was done recklessly and improperly, and I was wrongly charged for it. Frankly, they were completely incompetent – they even admitted to breaking a valve while trying to open it.
