  “Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. They insisted on receiving the full payment – $2500 – upfront before they’d even schedule an appointment. While I get the need for a deposit, 50% down felt completely unreasonable and wasted a lot of my time answering their questions and providing further estimates.   “I was extremely disappointed with this company’s service. They completely misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace and tried to pressure me into a $6000 replacement when all that was needed was a simple control board replacement – a job that took less than an hour. It cost only $1050. It felt completely unethical and like they were trying to take advantage of me during a stressful emergency. I won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. The work was done recklessly and improperly, resulting in fraudulent charges. They admitted to breaking a valve during the job, and frankly, the whole experience felt completely incompetent.
