The office staff were really friendly and approachable, and the work crews consistently delivered high-quality work with a lot of courtesy. Todd, in particular, was a standout – he really went above and beyond, meticulously managing the details and ensuring we got exactly what we envisioned. We did encounter a few adjustments along the way, but Todd was fantastic at incorporating our feedback and getting things back on track. They were really flexible and handled all the changes smoothly. We’re just waiting on the spray grass now, but I’d definitely recommend working with them again.” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Ground Effects. They were the only landscaping company that actually responded to my calls after I’d already invested a lot of time and money getting my landscape ready – I’d even brought in tons of topsoil and had it professionally spread. The crew they sent was fantastic, and they didn’t even let a bit of equipment trouble stop them from finishing the job.   “I was extremely disappointed with this company’s work. They built my fence, and frankly, the quality was really lacking. The gate was so poorly constructed that I had to have them fix it – and of course, I had to pay for that too. Even after the first redo, it was still substandard and now the whole thing is falling apart; one of the gates actually came completely off. To add to the frustration, they also damaged my new driveway during the process, and they haven’t responded at all when I’ve tried to get them to address the damage. They went above and beyond when I had a last-minute, slightly overwhelming situation with a lot of heavy items, and the estimator was fantastic, responding so quickly and delivering exactly what I needed.   “I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly shocking. My sister hired this snow removal company this winter, and everything went smoothly – she paid her bill as agreed. However, a completely separate neighbor then failed to pay their bill, and in a bizarre and unbelievable turn of events, they proceeded to dump three truckloads of snow directly into my sister’s parking lot. There’s video evidence of the whole thing, and the police are now involved. It was unbelievably unprofessional and completely unacceptable.” report abuse

  Ground Effects did a fantastic job with both our initial landscaping and the subsequent paver extension. They were incredibly responsive and always punctual, and we really appreciated how they went the extra mile to get the work done efficiently.
