  Overall, working with the Ground Effects team has been a really positive experience. The office staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the work crews did fantastic, courteous work. Todd, in particular, was a standout – he was incredibly attentive to detail and really took the time to understand our needs, which resulted in a truly impressive final product. We did encounter a few minor adjustments along the way, but Todd was fantastic at incorporating our feedback and getting everything sorted out. They were also very adaptable when we needed to make changes to the scope of the project. We’re just waiting on the spray grass now, but I’d definitely be happy to work with them again. report abuse

  Ground Effects did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our yard. I was really impressed with their responsiveness – they were the only company that finally called back after I’d already invested a lot of time and money getting the landscaping ready. The crew they sent was truly professional, and I was especially grateful that they kept coming back to finish the job even when they had some equipment issues. A year later, the lawn looks amazing, and my dogs absolutely love it! I wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

Todd, our project manager, was incredibly helpful – he really knew his stuff and offered some brilliant ideas to improve the whole design.   “I absolutely love my new storage shed! Mario and Francisco did an amazing job – the workmanship is fantastic, and they really listened to what I wanted. I’ve added some finishing touches like paint and shelving to make it really fit in with my house and look fantastic.   Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with this company’s work. They built our fence, and the quality was really lacking – the gate was so poorly constructed that we had to have it fixed, and even then it was still bad and ultimately broke off completely. To add to the problem, they also damaged my new driveway during the process, and I’ve been trying to get them to address the damage, but I haven’t heard back from them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend hiring them. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the whole team! They were incredibly hardworking and took such pride in their work – it was clear they were doing a fantastic job. Beyond that, they were just genuinely kind and helpful. When I unexpectedly had a large amount of materials to return, they went above and beyond, even loading them into my truck. The estimator was fantastic too; he was super nice and accommodating, and he perfectly replicated the design I had envisioned.   “I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. My sister used this snow removal service this winter, and everything went smoothly – she paid her bill without issue. However, a completely separate neighbor had an unpaid bill, and in a shockingly unprofessional move, they proceeded to dump three truckloads of snow directly into her parking lot. There’s video evidence, the police are involved, and it was just completely unacceptable.” report abuse

  Ground Effects did a fantastic job with both our initial landscaping and the subsequent paver extension. They were incredibly responsive and always punctual, and the crews were really polite and professional. What really stood out was how they consistently went above and beyond, often finishing projects ahead of schedule.
