  “Overall, my experience with this company was pretty frustrating. The estimator arrived unexpectedly a day early, which made it impossible for me to be present and clearly explain exactly what I needed done. I had to go through the whole estimate with them via my Ring camera, which just wasn’t ideal. While the estimate itself was prepared quickly, I felt it was a bit high given the circumstances, and honestly, it limited what we could actually get done – I was only able to focus on the fence work. I specifically asked for a breakdown of the materials and labor costs for my insurance claim, but that wasn’t included in the original estimate. When I followed up a week later to request a revised quote, I never heard back from the estimator, despite it being about a month ago.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the timing of the landscaping crew’s visit. Showing up on a Saturday night at 7:00 pm in a residential neighborhood with all their equipment was incredibly disruptive. I’ve made multiple complaints over the years about this exact issue – it’s just rude and inconsiderate. As someone who works hard all week, I appreciate it when professionals understand the importance of respecting our time and neighborhood quiet hours. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.   I’m really upset about an incident that happened on Klatt Road. The driver of Vehicle WT04 was clearly not paying attention and braked aggressively, which completely destroyed my bike tires. I’m requesting reimbursement for the cost of replacing them – it’s a significant expense. report abuse
