Because of our condo’s unique security situation – specifically the lack of WiFi – we’ve been struggling to address some ongoing issues. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the different camera options available and even sent me visual examples of potential placements and coverage areas. We spent just over an hour going over cameras, recording systems, warranties, and installation details. He provided me with a few estimates which was incredibly helpful. Thomas was so patient and friendly – it was a completely different experience than dealing with the larger security companies.
