  “I had a really frustrating experience with A+ Security. A friend recommended them for a safety film installation, and I scheduled an appointment. However, they canceled twice – once on the day of, due to damaged supplies, and then again the following day. To add to the issue, no one ever showed up for the rescheduled appointment. I left a message when their office was closed, and eventually, someone from a completely different company contacted me to do the work. It felt like I was being passed off without any communication from A+ Security, which was incredibly unprofessional. Despite the initial problems, I appreciate that the owner took the time to listen to my concerns and ultimately ensured the job got done.
