“I had a recommendation for A+ Security from a friend, so I booked an appointment to have safety film installed. Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled with little notice and rescheduled. Then, the day of the second appointment, the supplies needed for my windows were damaged and the appointment was canceled again. To add to the frustration, I arrived at the house on the rescheduled date and no one showed up – I left a message but received a call from a completely different company instead! It felt like I was being passed off without any communication from A+ Security. While they eventually did compensate me for the wasted time, the whole experience was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued.”
