  I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. They grossly overcharged me for a backup generator, several thousand dollars above what’s typical, and then completely mishandled my order, letting it “get lost” for months. When the generator finally arrived after a five to six-month delay, the installation was shockingly poor – they poured an uneven slab. Worse, they promised a full installation but clearly don't have the proper electrical expertise. Now, over five weeks after completing the work, they still haven't paid my bill. Despite assurances that it was just a simple mistake and would be fixed “immediately,” I’m still waiting for payment. Frankly, this has been a terrible experience. report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with ABS was really disappointing. They came to our home to discuss solarizing the neighborhood and we worked with them on the marketing materials. However, since the installation, we’ve had a lot of issues, and the worst part is they haven’t responded to any of our calls for help. Based on this, I would strongly advise anyone considering ABS to look at other options. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience with ABS. While the solar installation itself was completed, the support I received afterward was incredibly frustrating. I consistently encountered unhelpful and passive-aggressive behavior from the front desk staff, and despite promises of assistance, they repeatedly failed to follow through with resolving my issues. Ultimately, they delayed addressing the problems until my warranty expired, leaving me with a poorly functioning system and no support for even basic questions. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Jason was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and delivered truly professional work. We were having issues with our wireless security cameras not covering the back of our property, and Jason went above and beyond to find a solution.
