  Jordan was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to get my campervan’s electrical system fixed. He was so patient and clearly knew what he was doing, and I appreciated his professional approach. The whole experience was really great, and I’m incredibly grateful for his quick turnaround time. Jordan’s a true logistics pro – he’s always been so helpful with my orders, getting them to me incredibly quickly and with a really professional and friendly attitude. And Ramsy was fantastic too! She really took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect generator for my duplex before the winter hit, which has been a lifesaver this season.   I was in a real bind the day before a major event when my off-grid power system completely failed. It was a setup I’d bought elsewhere, but I’m so glad I stumbled upon Susitna. Jordan, the owner, was absolutely amazing – he quickly diagnosed the problem, tracked down the right parts, and completely fixed the whole system. He even stayed way past closing time on a long weekend to get it done! Seriously, the service was incredible and the price was fantastic. Susitna is a fantastic, family-run business that really captures the spirit of Alaska. They have everything you need to build your off-grid home, from propane and cooktops to solar and composting toilets.   “I just had a fantastic experience speaking with Ramsey about buying some batteries. She was seriously the most knowledgeable person I’ve spoken to today – she clearly knew a *lot* more about their product line than anyone else. Beyond that, her customer service was outstanding; she really took the time to understand what I needed and went above and beyond to help. She’s the kind of employee who builds genuine relationships with customers, and it really made me feel valued. Even though it’s a small purchase, she treated me like a VIP!
