They called us back right away, were so incredibly helpful and easy to deal with, and had a technician out first thing Monday morning. They fixed the leak quickly and efficiently, which meant we were completely dry during the Thanksgiving storm. Alex and Cesar were fantastic – they really took care of everything I needed, from preventative maintenance on my garage roof and around the chimney, to adding new downspouts. They even did a brilliant job sealing around the chimney to prevent water buildup. It was such a pleasure working with them; they kept me fully informed throughout the whole process and their crews were incredibly skilled and professional. They went above and beyond, coming out multiple times to check on the work and make sure I was completely satisfied.   Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received. Alex and Greg were fantastic – they were communicative, kept us well-informed, and thankfully, didn’t push us at all. Raphael, our project manager, kept everything running smoothly and without any issues. The job was completed incredibly quickly, in just one day, and it was clear everyone involved takes great pride in their work and the quality of their service.
