From the very first phone call to the final walkthrough, everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The installation team was fantastic – they were so quick, efficient, and professional, and they really took care to keep the site clean and safe. Our site foreman was a fantastic point of contact, always keeping us informed and happy to answer any questions we had. They even went above and beyond to protect our property, moving our garden items with care. And to top it all off, the price and warranty were extremely competitive.   “We hired Greater Boston Roofing in November 2020 to replace our roof, and they did a fantastic job – we were thrilled with the finished product. However, during the roof replacement, their crew accidentally broke one of our windows, which we reported right away. They said the weather wouldn’t allow them to fix it until spring, which we understood given the size of the window. Unfortunately, after that, we couldn’t get any communication from them at all. Despite multiple attempts to reach someone, they simply ignored our calls and texts. Eventually, the owner, Enda Gary, apologized and arranged for Colonial Glass to replace the window. But that's where things went completely sideways. The contractor they sent actually broke into our house while he was measuring the window – he cut the screen and entered our home. When we contacted the owner, Alex, he was furious and promised to fix it, but we haven’t heard from anyone since. It’s been months, and our window remains unfixed. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Greater Boston Roofing – they broke our window, failed to follow up, and haven’t taken responsibility for the damage.” report abuse
