  Terry is an incredibly talented designer. His work has a real sense of timelessness – it’s not trendy and I’m absolutely confident it will look fantastic for years to come. I’ve been really impressed with his ability to completely understand what we were envisioning, almost as if he could just read our minds! I’ve noticed two of his designs on our street, and they’re so different from each other, proving he’s not just copying styles. Each project feels completely unique and beautifully crafted, and honestly, it’s just outstanding quality.   Terry Averill was a lifesaver! He designed a fantastic addition to our old 1947 house, expanding it from 1005 to a wonderful 1500 square feet. The new space includes a huge kitchen, a pantry, a bedroom upstairs with a full bath, and even a laundry room – exactly what we’d hoped for. Honestly, I was worried we couldn’t afford it all, but Terry took the time to connect us with a builder who fit our budget, and everything went incredibly smoothly.
