  Frank and his crew, Mario and Raul, did a fantastic job with my flooring installation. Frank was incredibly patient and thorough, answering all my questions and making sure I completely understood the timeline. I really appreciated that Mario and Raul were so careful with the furniture and that they kept me updated with pictures throughout the week. They were also very responsive when I had a question about the toe molding, and I especially loved that Frank went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the final finish – I absolutely love my new floors! report abuse

  Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this company! From start to finish, they were fantastic – incredibly professional, really friendly and communicative, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. It’s great to see such high quality work and a fair price. I was so frustrated with a previous installer who just did a terrible job and charged too much, but this experience was a complete turnaround.   I was so pleased with the work Annapolis Carpet & Flooring America did installing the wall-to-wall carpeting in my new condo. My biggest worry was protecting my freshly painted walls, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations! The installers were incredibly efficient and meticulous – they got everything perfect the first time. They took care of removing the old carpet and padding, cleaned up every last bit of debris, and installed the carpeting and padding flawlessly, without even a single scratch or mark on my walls. Beyond the quality of their work, I was also impressed with their attention to detail. They even vacuumed outside my unit door and the stairs, leaving everything spotless. Honestly, you wouldn’t have known they’d been there!   “We absolutely loved working with Annapolis Carpet & Flooring America! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our project a success. Tony and Frank, the owners, were fantastic, and Richard and Michelle in the front office were always so helpful. Tony really listened to our ideas and showed us a huge selection of carpet samples. He even followed up the next day to take measurements. We ended up changing our plans during the process, and Tony skillfully guided us towards selecting wood flooring for the landing and stairs, along with carpeting for the bedrooms – it was a brilliant decision! On the day the wood flooring arrived, Mr. Kim, a really experienced installer, took the time to explain everything in detail and eased all our concerns. Francisco and his assistant did a phenomenal job prepping our house, isolating the rooms with plastic and protecting our floors, and then installing the wood with incredible precision. Then, when the carpet arrived, Carlos and Martha were amazing. They carefully moved our furniture and expertly installed the carpet in the bedrooms. And for the carpet runner for the stairs, Sultan expertly measured, cut, and bound it – a truly beautiful finish. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely supported and valued. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and always willing to answer our questions. We’re so grateful for their attention to detail and the beautiful results they delivered.
