  “Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. The sale itself went okay, but from start to finish, there were so many problems. We received the wrong carpet twice, scheduling was a nightmare, and even getting the final payment sorted out was difficult. The whole process felt completely disorganized and unreliable – it was a serious issue from top to bottom. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. If the owner wants to discuss this, please provide me with a direct contact number, as I’ve already documented all the issues with my salesperson and the team involved.” report abuse

  Julia was responsive initially, taking my measurements and promising to send a quote promptly. However, I never received it, and despite multiple follow-ups and explanations about computer issues, I still haven’t gotten a quote from her.   “I had a really frustrating experience. I scheduled an in-home estimate and the estimator confirmed the appointment just hours before. However, they never showed up, and I couldn’t get in touch with them. After waiting past the appointment time, I tried calling, but instead of a voicemail, the call just rang and rang unanswered.
