  I was really disappointed with the design services I received. Unfortunately, the final design – the table and rug specifically – didn’t meet my expectations, and I felt like I’d wasted $1000. I provided several pictures of rooms I loved as inspiration, but the designs delivered were very different from what I’d envisioned. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial design, I never heard back from the designer. It’s a stark contrast to a much more positive experience I had with a different designer fifteen years ago who truly listened to my needs and preferences.   “We were so thrilled to discover Fitzsimmons Design while we were in Annapolis! We’re currently remodeling our home in Santa Fe, and honestly, we never expected to find such amazing lighting and furniture on the East Coast. Gina was fantastic – she really took the time to understand our vision, looked at photos of our rooms, and offered some brilliant suggestions. She went above and beyond, shipping us four beautiful bathroom lights and a gorgeous table, and everything arrived exactly as we’d hoped. Even better, she found a table with a turquoise inlay, which is a style we love and really fits in with our Santa Fe decor – it’s currently on its way!
