  We absolutely loved working with Shannon Meyer and Chris Knapp to build our home, which was completed in April 2017. From the very beginning, Shannon was fantastic – she really took the time to understand our budget and vision, and helped us design a home that perfectly fit our needs. Chris was also incredibly reliable and professional, consistently delivering on his promises. Despite being a winter build with challenging weather conditions, they completed the project on time, which we were incredibly impressed by. We did encounter a minor design difference, but Shannon expertly navigated the situation, resolving it quickly and fairly for everyone involved. Chris’s dedication really shone through, resolving it ten days before closing. We’ve been thrilled with the quality of work and the excellent warranty support they’ve provided. They used skilled and experienced subcontractors, and we wouldn't hesitate to build with them again – we wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  Honestly, working with Cypress Homes was fantastic. From the very beginning, Greg, Devon, and Taya were incredibly helpful and always there to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love our new home and can’t wait to start making memories within it! report abuse

  Overall, we had a really positive experience building our home with Cypress Homes. From the initial design stages working with Greg, to the beautiful interior design by Taya, everything came together perfectly. We really appreciated how much research Taya did, presenting us with quotes for all our ideas and helping us stay within our budget while still getting the exact house we envisioned. Jackie was fantastic as our onsite manager, keeping us updated with photos and videos even though we lived far away. And we were so grateful for the friendly and respectful contractors on site. We did encounter a few challenges along the way, but Tim, the warranty manager, was always incredibly helpful – he listened to our concerns, explained things clearly, and always worked to find a solution. We’d definitely recommend Cypress Homes to anyone considering building a new home. report abuse

  Overall, we absolutely love our home built by Cypress – it’s fantastic now that it’s finally complete. Working with Devon and the design team was a really positive experience. However, we did encounter some delays with the warranty work initially, which took a significant amount of time. Things really improved once Tim joined the project and took over the finishing touches. report abuse

  Overall, we’re really happy with the final design and build of our house thanks to Cypress. However, the communication throughout the process has been a significant issue. We’ve encountered considerable difficulty getting updates and resolving outstanding problems, particularly with a broken window and roof defect – issues that have been ongoing and frustrating to address, with Cypress and ABC Supply. We’re still awaiting a resolution, and unfortunately, because of these communication challenges, I wouldn’t recommend Cypress to others. (2 stars) report abuse

  “We’ve been incredibly happy with our Cypress home, which we built 8-1/2 years ago. We had a few minor warranty issues early on, and Cypress handled them all really well. More recently, we experienced a window problem, but even though it was outside the initial one-year warranty, Cypress sent out a contractor to fix it – a really impressive and appreciated gesture that shows they stand behind their work.” report abuse

  Devon was fantastic to work with throughout our new home build and the sale of our old one. He really knows his stuff when it comes to building and always made sure we were happy with everything, and that we were getting things done right. It genuinely felt like having a friend working alongside us. We did have a bit of a tricky time with the warranty department initially, but things have completely turned around since Tim joined the team. He’s incredibly responsive and handles everything efficiently – he’s a real asset! Overall, we're incredibly pleased with the quality of the build and our experience with Devon and the team. report abuse
