  Scott was a pleasant guy to have around, but unfortunately, the quality of his work left a lot to be desired. The building inspector only checked the mechanical aspects of the job, and the final finishes – like the plaster, door installation, and baseboards – were simply not up to par. It felt like the work was just slapped together. We had issues with the heavy doors, which were hung with brad nails and quickly became misaligned, swinging open unless latched. I’m now spending my time rehanging them. Also, the furnace ductwork was fine, but the installer he sent over seemed to disappear after a quick inspection, and the central air unit was a cheap Maytag that rattled constantly – I ended up replacing it myself. If you’re considering hiring him, be prepared to be very hands-on and keep a close eye on the details. report abuse

They were fantastic at guiding us through everything – from designing the floor plan to choosing the colors and materials. They even had some really brilliant ideas that completely transformed the layout of our house. Throughout the entire build, they consistently suggested improvements that really elevated the design. And, impressively, they were still there checking in on us four months after we moved in, addressing a small issue that turned out to be a manufacturing defect.
