  We absolutely loved working with Mark Winter Homes to build our new home! From the very beginning, everything went so smoothly, and we’ve been thrilled with our new house even after being in it for almost a year. Jill, Tom, and Chelsea were fantastic to work with as our designer, and we were really impressed with the quality of work of all the subcontractors – Ben did a particularly wonderful job with the finishing touches, and Scott kept the project on track. We’ve always admired Mark Winter Homes’ designs, and they completely exceeded our expectations during the build. report abuse

  We absolutely love our new home, and we can’t recommend Mark Winter Homes enough! From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth and positive. Everyone we worked with – including Mrs. Jill Rooney, Mr. Tom Rooney, and Ms. Chelsea Ademino – was so patient, helpful, and truly dedicated to making our vision a reality. Mr. Rooney expertly handled the plans and our many changes, while Ms. Ademino’s design skills were fantastic, guiding us through every decision. The quality of the build is outstanding, and we’re thrilled with the care that went into creating our beautiful new home.   Working with Mark Winter to build our home was absolutely the right choice. We’d done a lot of research into different builders, and Mark really stood out as someone who understood our needs perfectly. As first-time homeowners, we really relied on the knowledge and experience of our builder, Tom Rooney, and we were so grateful for that. Building a house can be a stressful process, but Mark and his team were fantastic – they didn't pressure us with unrealistic timelines and always helped us feel comfortable with our decisions.   Overall, we absolutely love our new home – it looks fantastic, especially with the landscaping they put in. We’re so glad we chose Mark Winters; we’ve gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors about the curb appeal and how beautiful the interior is. Chelsea, the interior designer, really deserves a huge thank you – she was a fantastic part of the team and really helped us create a wonderful space. Honestly, the whole Mark Winters team is great. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was some issues that popped up after we moved in, like the ceiling fans and electronic door lock. It took a long time – five months – to get those fixed, and we felt a little rushed getting into the house. We wish those problems had been addressed before we finalized the sale.” report abuse

  “I have to be honest, my experience with the project manager on the recent home build was incredibly concerning. His behavior was unprofessional and frankly, quite rude. He blocked the street while discussing details with a new homeowner and used inappropriate language towards me. I reported the incident, and while the owner assured me it was an isolated case stemming from his long tenure, the situation deeply troubled me. Based on what I witnessed and what I was told, it’s clear that this individual’s conduct reflects poorly on the company. I’m confident that this experience has significantly impacted our decision-making regarding future construction projects – we won’t be considering him as a builder again.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed and frankly, quite upset. The new house being built next door completely disregarded the impact on my property – they didn't even consider how the construction might affect my backyard, particularly the risk of flooding. I’m disgusted with both the owner and the builder for this thoughtlessness. report abuse

  Overall, I’ve been incredibly pleased with this company. They consistently deliver a high level of professional design work and are exceptionally responsive to any questions or concerns I’ve had.
