I was looking for a replacement glass for my broken window, and while she couldn’t directly help through Anderson, she went above and beyond by directing me to several other companies that could assist.   “Overall, our experience at the Appleton location was fantastic! From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our window installation a truly positive one. Erik, our Design Consultant, was a pleasure to work with – he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure us at all. He really listened to our needs and gave us the time we needed to make a decision. Rachel, our Concierge, was also amazing, keeping us perfectly informed throughout the entire process. And the installation team, Adam and Jose, were simply outstanding. They were so considerate, especially given that we have a child with autism, and they prioritized getting the bedroom window done quickly to minimize disruption. They even found a safe way to hang the curtains overnight! They were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t feel like they were getting in the way. What really stood out was their commitment to quality – they took immense pride in their work, and you could tell they were dedicated to ensuring a long-lasting product. And after each day’s work, they meticulously cleaned up both inside and outside, taking care of everything from the tarps to the final sweep. They were incredibly accommodating, too, always respectful of my post-chemo sensitivities and ensuring they wore masks. We’ll definitely be returning when it’s time to replace our bay window, and we’ll be specifically requesting Erik, Rachel, and Adam and Jose again – they were brilliant!” report abuse

Matt, James, and Oliver were fantastic; they were incredibly professional and kept us completely in the loop throughout the entire installation process. They were punctual, efficient, and got the job done – replacing over 10 windows in just 2.5 days. We’d been wanting to replace all the windows since we bought the house a year ago, and we really wanted a modern look, so we went with black on black.   Okay, so I had a consultation last night to get a quote for replacing a window, and frankly, I’m pretty disappointed. The guy who took the measurements was way off – it didn’t match up with three other estimates I’d gotten. To add to that, I could get a similar vinyl window at Home Depot for just $1400. Other companies were quoting between $3000 and $3500, and even an Anderson subcontractor was still charging $3500. Seriously, do your research and get multiple quotes before moving forward – there are definitely better options out there. report abuse
