Jay and his team were truly exceptional – incredibly professional, respectful of our home, and delivered absolutely top-notch quality. This was a particularly complex project involving slate tiles and copper, demanding a very specific skillset and meticulous attention to detail. Jay went above and beyond by recognizing the need to repair the copper cupola, skillfully soldering, restoring, and reattaching it to the roof. He kept me completely in the loop with daily updates, photos, and videos of the progress, and the final inspection was documented beautifully.   “We were really pleased with the work R B Farina did replacing our condo building’s roof. It was a pretty involved project – we needed new shingles for the overhang, rubber for the flat sections, and also had four skylights and four windows installed. We initially looked at a few different contractors, but I’d had good experiences with R B Farina previously, so I recommended them to the trustees. Lucas, the sales rep, did a fantastic job understanding our needs and came up with a smart, cost-effective solution, even though they weren’t our first choice. Alvaro, the supervisor, kept everything running smoothly and quickly resolved any issues that popped up during the week-long job. And Robert, the foreman, and his crew were incredible – they worked through some really tough conditions, including intense heat and heavy rain, to make sure the residents could get their parking spots back without any problems. The dumpster driver was also really helpful, handling the waste removal perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic job, and we’re very satisfied with the results.” report abuse

  Honestly, we’ve been incredibly frustrated with this experience. They completely botched a very straightforward gutter replacement job – after three visits and several charges, they’ve been unresponsive and unreliable. Initially, they misjudged the scope of the work, then demanded a large upfront payment before even starting, only to later claim their initial estimate was wrong and back out of the project. Now we’re trying to get the contract cancelled and our money back, but we’re met with constant delays and the vague response that “someone is working on it.” It’s been over a week and we’re still waiting for a resolution. report abuse

  Farina Roofing did a fantastic job completely renovating my roof, including the necessary carpentry and chimney work. From the very beginning, Rodrigo was incredibly thorough and honest in his assessment of what was needed. While their quote was a bit higher than some other companies, he clearly outlined all the essential work involved – something no one else had bothered to explain to me. Unfortunately, a previous company’s repeated issues with removing my solar panels caused some delays, but Farina handled everything with grace and rescheduled promptly. Once the panels were finally moved, the team got straight to work and finished the job in just eight days, despite the really challenging winter weather. The crews were consistently professional, working early and late, and Alex, the supervisor, kept me updated on everything and answered all my questions.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with RB Farina’s work on our house. The crew, especially Supervisor Lucas, did a fantastic job replacing our rotten exterior wood with PVC and tackling the roof repairs. They were incredibly reliable, handled everything responsibly, and went above and beyond to clean up after themselves. Their professionalism and positive attitude really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
