  Jim was absolutely fantastic! He really saved the day when he came over during that awful downpour to fix a small leak before it got out of control. He responded so quickly to my call, and he was just a really pleasant guy – fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and even followed up to make sure everything was still working perfectly.
