  “I was really pleased with Ranch Roofing – they were fantastic! We had a pretty bad windstorm at the end of February and lost several shingles, but they responded so quickly, sending someone out the next day to assess the damage. They explained that there were multiple layers and a repair wasn't possible, which we already suspected given how old the roof was and the moss growing on it. Despite that, they confirmed we needed a full replacement, and they completed the job in just one day! The new roof looks absolutely fantastic, and they were incredibly meticulous about cleaning up afterward. You can really tell they take pride in their work – I highly recommend them!” report abuse

Because of some existing damage, they were able to get the job done quickly, even prioritizing it and completing it before a storm rolled in. The crew was fantastic too – professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our experience working with Ranch Roofing. Following the winter storms, we had a significant roof damage requiring immediate attention, and Ranch stepped up in a big way. Todd, our sales representative, was fantastic – he was incredibly thorough, explained everything so clearly, and even sent us lots of helpful links to guide our decisions. Dave, the project manager, was equally impressive. He kept us updated daily while we waited for the weather to clear, and on the day the crew actually did the job, he was so easy to work with. They were incredibly efficient and finished the entire replacement in just one day. We were also really impressed with how careful they were – they took extra steps to protect our neighbors’ property, even cleaning their driveway and flowerbeds better than they were before! After the initial work, Dave even came back to address a couple of small gaps we’d noticed, showing his commitment to quality. While their quote wasn’t the lowest, we felt the level of service and personalized attention we received was well worth it. We now have a much better-ventilated third floor, new insulation, and, most importantly, a beautiful, leak-free roof – a truly excellent result. report abuse

  “We absolutely loved working with Ranch Roofing! We had them replace our entire roof and eight skylights, and we were really impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. We got estimates from a few other companies, and while their price wasn’t the cheapest, it was definitely worth it. The team was incredibly reliable – they completed the job on time and exactly as we’d agreed. They even sent us pictures of the progress throughout the day, which was fantastic. And the cleanup afterward was spotless! A couple of years later, we had a small leak in a bay that wasn't part of the original replacement, and they quickly and generously fixed it for free.   “We’ve been incredibly happy with Ranch Roofing – they replaced our roof back in 2005, and it’s really stood the test of time. We’ve had some pretty significant weather events and even tree branches landing on the roof, and it’s held up perfectly. Bob, the owner, was fantastic to work with; he was always responsive to our questions, even years later, which was a huge relief. What really impressed us was how they tackled our chimney – it was a tricky job, and they went above and beyond to ensure it was completely waterproof, no matter the weather. A few years later, we had a leak coming from under the exterior wall shingles, and it turned out the original flashing was too low. Despite this not being their fault, Ranch Roofing immediately sent someone out to fix it, covering all the costs for the repair, new flashing, and shingle replacement. Bob was just as helpful and attentive during this follow-up as he was during the original roof installation.” report abuse
