  I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Wallzone in Auburn. From start to finish, it was a disaster. They made a lot of promises that they never followed through on, and seemed solely focused on taking my money. When issues arose with the work itself, they refused to address them or offer any kind of solution. They even pressured me into paying for incomplete work. To top it off, they sent lawyers after me! The entire experience, particularly with Chris Black, was unacceptable, and I believe someone needs to intervene and address the serious lack of customer service at this location. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Wallzone. report abuse
