I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I bought some insulation board for about $188, but it turned out to be significantly too large for what I needed. While it was partly my mistake for not measuring carefully, the company refused to accept the three unused boards back, despite the fact that nothing on the receipt indicated a final sale. To make matters worse, the boards themselves were covered in green algae – it was shocking quality. Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated with how they operate. If they’d been upfront about a final sale and no returns, I would have only bought one board to test it first. Now I’m stuck with unusable product and the money I spent. I’d definitely recommend steering clear of this business – there are much better options out there.
