  Honestly, after 25 years as an American Alarm customer, I’m really disappointed. Their prices are just too high, and recently we had a frustrating experience with a simple water sensor replacement. They charged us a whopping $250 for it – a price that’s far higher than what you can actually buy one for. report abuse
