I was extremely disappointed with the way this company handled a significant mistake they made. They weren't responsive or willing to fix the problem, and frankly, it felt incredibly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using this company – you’re better off finding an alternative that values customer service.

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The customer service was truly awful – the person handling my case was consistently rude and used inappropriate language. Ultimately, we paid a significant amount of money and received nothing of value. To make matters worse, the owner refused to honor our request for a refund or even address the damage caused by the work. I strongly advise against using this company.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered two very heavy blocks – 4000 pounds each – and they were delivered to the completely wrong location. Worse, they refused to move them, and the customer service I spoke with was shockingly rude and offered no solutions whatsoever. Honestly, avoid this place; there are much better options out there.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this company. My experience with them was extremely negative – the women I worked with were quite rude and difficult to collaborate with. I won’t be doing business with them again.

I was also really impressed with the quality and design of their products. I’m planning on ordering two sets of steps soon, and I’m glad to hear about the military discount and a lead time of around 5 to 6 weeks for installation.”
