  I was incredibly frustrated with Concrete Concepts. They installed a stamped concrete patio at our house, but shortly after, the color started to fade in several areas. When I contacted them, they seemed to understand the problem and promised to come take a look. However, they never showed up, despite telling me they would. After that, they completely stopped returning my calls, no matter which number I used. I’m still surprised they’re still operating – I saw recent posts on their Facebook page. I left another message letting them know I’d escalate the issue if I didn’t hear from them, but it clearly didn't matter. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using them if you’re looking for any kind of support after the job is done. report abuse

  “We hired this company for stamped concrete work back in the fall of 2019, and unfortunately, they completely missed their scheduled appointment – they never contacted us at all. After several attempts to get in touch, I visited their office where I was told the contractor was busy on a large project in Massachusetts and would investigate whether our job could still be completed that fall. A couple of days later, they called to tell us our work would have to wait until spring, assuring us we’d be at the top of their list. However, it’s now fall 2020, and we still haven't heard from them. It seems like other customers have had similar experiences with their lack of communication, suggesting they may only take on jobs that suit them.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve tried multiple times to reach them via phone, email, and left messages, but haven’t received any acknowledgment at all. It’s a very poor way to run a business.” report abuse
