Jesse from Integrity did a fantastic job with our heat pumps! We bought an older house in Auburn and realized the previous owners hadn’t had them checked or cleaned in years. Jesse thoroughly cleaned and tuned both the outdoor Hi2 heat pumps and the wall units inside. He even identified two that needed a more detailed cleaning, taking them apart completely to get them sparkling. He went above and beyond, checking the drains and tubing on the second floor. He was incredibly efficient, finishing the job in just over two hours and left our home spotless. We’ll absolutely be using Integrity again!
