I had a really negative experience with this dispensary. An employee blocked my car with a company vehicle, and when I reported it, the representative, Claire, was incredibly dismissive and spoke over me, making me feel completely unheard. It seemed like she didn't take my concern seriously at all. Honestly, the whole interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s concerning that an employee was caught leaving with marijuana on company property, and the way Claire handled it just reinforced my feeling that the company has very low standards. I’d definitely advise against using their services – the customer service is awful, and I worry about the potential for delays and issues during the installation process.

“I had a really frustrating experience with one of your drivers. As I was trying to merge near exit 48 north with my blinker on, the driver in front of me wouldn’t let me in. He maintained my speed for a while, and then abruptly braked in front of me when I got close – it was a pretty aggressive maneuver.”

I’m incredibly concerned about the driving behavior I experienced with this service. Specifically, driver 6C 4594 was traveling at an excessive speed – nearly 130 mph – while heading north on I-295 near Portland. Furthermore, they recklessly cut me and my family off multiple times, putting us in serious danger. Due to this unacceptable behavior, I cannot and will not recommend this service to anyone.

There was a significant six-month delay in getting the installation completed, and I received conflicting information from several different people. Worse still, the installers themselves were quite rude and didn’t seem to offer any helpful assistance. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend them.”
