  Oakes and Parkhurst were fantastic – we absolutely couldn’t be happier with our new upstairs windows. They’re gorgeous, incredibly well-made, and the price was really fair. The installation team did a superb job, and the office staff were always so helpful and communicative. We actually got a quote from Home Depot, and they were charging nearly twice as much for the same windows, plus they had one-star reviews! From start to finish, it was a truly positive experience, and we’ve even used them since to get some custom glass cuts for art projects – always fast, high-quality work and a great price.   I had a bit of a stressful experience getting my mirror repaired, but I’m so glad I went to O & P Glass in Augusta. I was moving it to the truck and, unfortunately, the frame just fell apart – the construction was really flimsy. The mirror shattered completely when it hit the ground. I took the frame to O & P Glass for an estimate, and I was bracing myself for a huge bill. Thankfully, the repair cost was only about a third of what I anticipated. They completed the repair in less than 24 hours, and the same representative called me to let me know it was ready. He even walked me through the repair process, explaining how it was done much better than the original, cheaply made frame. I was really impressed with the quality of the work and the service – I’ll definitely be using O & P Glass for all my glass needs from now on! report abuse

  “I was so relieved to find O&P Glass! My RV needed a major windshield reset in its frame, and I was shocked that no other glass shop would even consider the job – they kept saying the roof would collapse or the windshield would shatter. But O&P explained there was a small chance of damage, which felt much more realistic. They tackled the job with confidence and efficiency, and I’m incredibly happy with the results.   Soo did a fantastic job on my small project – just adding a cat door to my sliding screen door. It was really helpful that she delivered exactly what I needed, and the other guy who came out to explain how it worked was super knowledgeable and friendly.
