  Overall, we were really pleased with the work the team did. They clearly communicated the design and costs, and we appreciated them managing our expectations regarding the glass delivery – it actually arrived ahead of schedule! Despite a major snowstorm forcing a delay, they seamlessly stepped in to complete the job, and they did a fantastic, careful job, leaving everything spotless when they were finished.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Portland Glass about ten years ago. They installed a windshield that was done incorrectly, and it quickly developed a stress crack. Unfortunately, their warranty only covered the replacement of the glass itself, and I ended up having to pay for all the labor and the new moulding – a significant expense – because of their mistake.” report abuse

  Mike from Augusta was fantastic – a true professional who tackled a really challenging job with ease and a great attitude.
