  “We were so thrilled with the entire process of building our custom home, and it all started with a really well-defined plan – we knew how crucial that was! From the beginning, working with Kai and his team was fantastic; they were incredibly easy to work with and made the whole thing a genuinely enjoyable experience. What I especially appreciated was Kai’s willingness to let us take the lead on the design choices, even if it wasn’t his usual approach. He always offered thoughtful guidance, gently steering us away from decisions that could cause problems down the line. Plus, he was just incredibly knowledgeable – we could ask a really detailed question like, “How much bigger does this room need to be to accommodate a pool table?” and he’d instantly have the answer. Honestly, after building three high-end custom homes, the Geschke Group has created by far the most beautiful and livable home we’ve ever had.
