  “Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the outcome of this project. From the very beginning, I made it clear that I couldn’t interpret roof plans, and it was absolutely crucial that the HVAC system was workable. Unfortunately, the design of my home made it impossible to get heating and cooling to one entire side, and that fundamental issue wasn’t addressed. Beyond that, there was a significant problem – my bedroom has no closet at all. The entire process felt completely hands-off, as there were no site visits to check on progress, only a sign placed in my yard. It felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.” report abuse
