“Honestly, this has been a really frustrating experience. From the start, I made it clear that I needed to be absolutely certain about the HVAC system, as the original design of my home made it fundamentally impossible to install it on one side. Despite my concerns, the plans were moved forward, and unfortunately, several key architectural elements were lost. A particularly significant issue is that my bedroom has no closet at all – it’s completely unusable. The lack of any site visits during construction, beyond just putting a sign in my yard, added to the feeling that my input wasn’t valued.”
