  “I’ve always been incredibly impressed with VenCo – I’ve used them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They truly go above and beyond. A few years back, they handled a complete rebuild after a fire, and Clayton was fantastic. He really took the stress out of the whole thing, expertly guiding me through everything from working with my insurance company to selecting all the new materials – flooring, windows, everything! What I really appreciated was how consistently he kept me informed about the project's progress, and he was so diligent about catching potential problems before they became issues. The finished result was absolutely stunning, even better than the original build. More recently, I used them to replace windows on a rental property, and again, the whole experience was seamless. They handled everything from choosing the windows to scheduling the installation around the tenant’s schedule, and the quality of their work was exceptional.” report abuse

Following a significant frozen pipe leak in February 2021, I needed to completely remodel my kitchen, master bath, and first floor – and it was made even more complicated by difficulties getting my insurance restoration process moving. Clayton was a lifesaver! He stepped in and assured me they could get the project done within my timeframe, and he followed through. From the very beginning, I was so impressed with his positive, “can-do” attitude and his ability to navigate the challenges of the construction industry at the time.   “I honestly don’t know where to start – our experience with VenCo was truly exceptional. We recently had a major restoration project completed on our home after a devastating fire, water, and smoke damage event, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with VenCo. I chose them specifically because they were a Preferred Contractor with my insurance company, and I’d read some great recent reviews. Of the three contractors who gave me estimates, Anthony just stood out – he was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was a huge help coordinating with the insurance company. They really took the stress out of the whole process. They scheduled the work well in advance, started it on time, and handled everything from the paint and flooring to the repairs themselves. I even had to move into a hotel for two weeks, and it was completely seamless. The team was consistently professional and friendly, and Anthony kept me updated throughout the entire project. The quality of the work was fantastic – they did a great job repairing the drywall, installing the floors and trim, and replacing the doors. Anthony was really responsive and followed up within a week to address any minor concerns, and he quickly resolved them. The only slight hiccup was a delay with the T-molding, but they got that back to me within a week of the issue. I’d absolutely recommend Venco and would definitely hire them again. report abuse
