A couple of years ago, after a devastating fire, they completely rebuilt my home, and Clayton was just outstanding. He really took the stress out of the whole thing, handling everything from coordinating with my insurance company to ensuring all the details – flooring, windows, paint, everything – were perfect. He kept me constantly informed about the progress and any challenges, and the final result was far better than the original build. It’s clear he really cares about getting the job done right. More recently, I used them to replace windows on a rental property, and once again, the experience was seamless.   Overall, this was a fantastic project. Anthony did a brilliant job – he was incredibly responsive to any questions I had and, impressively, managed to deliver the project under budget, even beating out all the other quotes I received.   “I don’t even know where to start with how amazing our experience was with VenCo. They handled a huge restoration project – a home severely damaged by fire, water, and smoke – and from the very beginning, it was clear they were exceptional. Clayton, in particular, was incredible. He was so honest, knowledgeable, and meticulous, and he always seemed to understand exactly what we needed. Because it was a family member’s home, the situation was incredibly stressful, but Clayton and the whole team treated him with such genuine kindness and care. They kept us updated constantly, and his communication was just perfect.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work Venco did for me. I initially chose them because they were a Preferred Contractor with my insurance company, and I’d read some positive recent reviews. I had a few contractors come out for estimates, but Anthony really stood out – he was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was fantastic at coordinating with the insurance company. The whole process was so smooth. We scheduled the job a few weeks ahead, and they started exactly when they said they would. I spent two weeks in a hotel while they worked, and I felt completely confident because Venco handled everything – they even used a combination lock so I didn’t have to worry about security. I checked in periodically, and the team was always so nice and professional. Anthony and I kept in constant communication, and they were always quick to address any concerns I had. They did a fantastic job repairing the drywall, painting, installing the new floors and baseboards, and replacing the door frames and doors. The quality of their work was truly excellent! After the job was finished, Anthony checked in to see if I had any issues, and he quickly came back within a week to make the final adjustments. The only slight delay was with the T-molding, which was backordered, but they took care of it within another week. I’d absolutely hire Venco again – they were fantastic! report abuse
