From the very first visit, James and Meghan made us feel completely at ease, and they quickly grasped just how urgent our repairs were. We had a huge list of things needing attention, from roof and insulation work to dealing with water damage after the hail, and honestly, we were completely overwhelmed. Meghan really stepped up and took the lead on the whole project, paying incredible attention to every detail. She was fantastic at communicating with us and handling everything with the insurance company, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. He really went above and beyond, working late into the night to get everything set up to dry our house out. We were going out of town at the time, and they took excellent care of the property, preventing any further damage – it gave us such peace of mind.
