  “We absolutely loved working with CG&S Design Build! We bought a house with the intention of renovating, but after a thorough look, we decided to go with a new build. Marsha, our architect, was fantastic – she really listened to everything we wanted and expertly delivered on all our ideas, especially ensuring the new home blended seamlessly with the neighborhood. Our interior designer and Marsha really got our style and helped us create the dream home we’d always envisioned. Everyone on the CG&S team was so friendly and professional, which really made the whole experience enjoyable. It was particularly impressive considering we started building at the beginning of COVID – they kept us on track and within budget, which was a huge relief. We’re three years into living in our home and still stay in touch with the CG&S team.   “We absolutely loved working with CG&S to remodel our kitchen and add on a dining area. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Their design team was incredible – they created detailed 3D drawings that really helped us visualize the final result, even incorporating color options to see how they would look in our space. The construction crew was also wonderful; they were incredibly respectful and always made sure to clean up thoroughly each day. Staying in our home during the renovation was a huge benefit, and CG&S was very upfront about the pricing, providing a clear estimate that remained remarkably accurate. The finished kitchen and dining area, including that amazing built-in storage window daybed, is absolutely stunning.   “Overall, the project management team did an excellent job, particularly during the construction phase. They really took the reins and effectively managed all the contractors – they handled all communications and questions themselves, which took a huge weight off of us. It was clear they had a strong understanding of the project and were able to quickly and confidently direct the contractors to resolve any problems that came up. We faced some significant challenges – navigating designer changes, material shortages due to COVID, and unpredictable weather – but the project manager and their team consistently impressed us with their responsiveness, courtesy, and commitment to quality work. They handled every hurdle with a truly professional approach. We’re incredibly proud of the beautiful finished product, and we’ve heard countless compliments on the quality of the fixtures, tile, and overall layout.
