  I was extremely disappointed with this builder. I purchased a brand-new home they built in 2021, and from the start, there were significant issues stemming from the original construction – things like exposed wood that hadn’t been properly sealed, problems with the plumbing, and now leaking trim and windows. I reached out for assistance to get these issues resolved, but they’ve been completely unresponsive, only answering calls from a blocked number. Given the many choices available in today's market, this builder should absolutely be avoided. report abuse
