  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I bought a brand-new home they built in 2021, and from the start, there were significant issues left unresolved by the original builder, Oliver Homes. Despite repeatedly contacting them for assistance in getting the necessary repairs handled – including problems with expansion joints, exposed wood, plumbing, and now leaking trim – they’ve been consistently unresponsive, only answering calls from a hidden number.
