  Working with Jason and the Small House team was an absolute pleasure! From the initial design phase, where they perfectly translated our vision into a beautiful 870 sq. ft. accessory living space (a guest house) for our backyard, to the final build, they were truly exceptional. Jason’s deep knowledge of building in a challenging Austin lot was invaluable – he expertly guided us through all the complexities and provided us with everything needed for permit approval. Small House really acted as a one-stop shop, expertly managing the entire project, including all the paperwork, inspections, and construction itself. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the build finished surprisingly quickly. They were incredibly responsive and handled even the smallest details with ease, making them fantastic partners.   “I was really overwhelmed trying to find the perfect park model for my daughter’s farm near Austin, with all the different options out there. Then I found Jason, and his custom design process was exactly what I needed – it gave me real confidence that I’d get a house tailored to my needs, and I was even able to see a prototype before it was built. He was fantastic throughout the whole process, overseeing the construction and making sure the delivery went smoothly. We did have a bit of a delay due to some crazy weather, but Jason kept me informed and got the unit safely installed. Honestly, you just know you can count on a guy like Jason – he handled every unexpected challenge with ease and always made sure I got exactly what I was hoping for.
