  “I was just looking for a quick drink and a snack, but it was really disappointing. Every single restroom was closed – it felt incredibly inconvenient and made me think they weren’t wanting customers to use them.   “There were some serious issues with the team in the back office during this shift. It appeared they were spending time socializing instead of focusing on their responsibilities, particularly monitoring the register and assisting customers waiting in line. It’s concerning that they were oblivious to the growing line, and frankly, a little unprofessional. Given that we’re the only store in the area for these specific products, it’s a real worry that this kind of behavior could lead to lost customers and ultimately, negatively impact our business if we don’t address it.” report abuse

  “As a long-time resident of the area, I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The cashier seemed incredibly uninterested and made me feel like a nuisance. Her attitude was just awful and completely ruined what should have been a simple shopping trip.   “I had a really concerning experience today. There was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the manager’s office, and I overheard some very inappropriate language being used by staff. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of service – I was met with rudeness and staff weren’t willing to even attempt to locate an item that was listed as being in stock on the app. It felt disorganized and unprofessional.” report abuse

  “There were some concerning issues during the evening shift. The employee locked up at 9:30 PM, despite the sign indicating the store was open until 10:00 PM, and wouldn’t open the door for several customers who were trying to enter. It appeared she became flustered and quickly retreated into the back of the store. This behavior needs to be addressed.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this store. The associates were incredibly unprofessional – they used inappropriate language in front of customers and didn’t seem to care about providing good service. It was frustrating that they didn’t greet customers or even clearly state the total at checkout. They seemed more focused on talking to each other than assisting shoppers. Honestly, it’s a consistently unpleasant experience and I wish there were better options nearby. report abuse
