Koala Insulation was fantastic – they recommended an energy audit, and they really took the hassle out of it, working with both the auditor and my electric company to secure rebates. Because of their help, I paid a fraction of the total cost. It’s made a huge difference this year, especially in December and January, which were particularly brutal.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Koala Insulation. Jasper, the Field Operations Manager, was fantastic – he was completely honest and transparent about what my home needed and provided a really clear, detailed quote without pressuring me at all. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in detail. The installation team, Richard and his partner, were also great; they were punctual, incredibly organized, and even took before-and-after photos. They also made sure everything was tidy afterwards. The installation team were professional, really efficient, and importantly, they left my house spotless afterward. I received three quotes, and Koala’s was close to the lowest, but ultimately offered the best value for the quality of work. It was clear the company providing the cheapest estimate hadn’t even inspected my attic, which made me appreciate Koala’s thorough approach.   “I can’t recommend Koala Insulation highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Jasper was absolutely brilliant – he really took the time to explain everything about insulation in a way that was easy to understand, and I actually felt like I learned a thing or two! He also walked me through all the discounts and tax credits, which was a huge help. Once I booked the service, the team was incredibly professional, punctual, and did a really efficient job. What was especially great was that they noticed a potential issue in my attic that wasn’t their responsibility and immediately let me know – I really appreciated their honesty and concern. And Ryan, the owner, was so patient and helpful as I sorted things out. Now, my top floor is noticeably warmer than the rest of the house, which is amazing – my old insulation was seriously throwing off the temperature between the floors.
