  I just wanted to express how incredibly happy I am with the work Charm City Roofers did on my roof. From the very beginning, Darius was fantastic – so professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything in detail. The whole team was also incredibly respectful and did a truly excellent job, paying such close attention to detail. When a small issue came up, Darius handled it immediately and efficiently. Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with the result, and the price was more than fair for the quality of work.   Honestly, finding a reliable roofing company these days is a real struggle. We were completely stuck when we needed to address some unexpected issues with our roof, and thankfully, we discovered Charm City Roofing. Initially, we contacted them just to have a weather vane removed, but they were incredibly proactive – they kept reaching out even though we weren’t always replying. It turned out our insurance needed more extensive repairs, and we tried getting quotes from other companies, but they were consistently unresponsive, often taking weeks to get back to us. We were getting so frustrated! That’s when I remembered a promotional email from Charm City Roofing, and I reached out again, and they were absolutely ready to help immediately. They gave us a free estimate within days, and we quickly realized the other company’s quote was way too high. The work itself was fantastic – they completed it in just a week, and as an extra touch, they even tightened our porch guardrail.
