  “I had Fick Roofing out to assess a leaky roof, and the experience was really confusing. They sent two guys to take a look, and then billed me $150 for a service call – which was completely unexpected. I wasn't informed of any charge at all. Honestly, it’s standard practice for contractors to do an estimate before sending someone out, and they didn’t do anything but take measurements and photos. They said a salesperson might call, but it felt like they were trying to make it a service call. It took several calls to get them to acknowledge that it was supposed to be an estimate. I’m relieved they’re now waiving the fee, but I want to emphasize: when scheduling an appointment, be very clear that you need an estimate, and make sure you hear the word “estimate” used.” report abuse

  “I’ve been using Fick Bros Roofing for nearly 30 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my roof. Because of the complexity of my home – it’s a multi-level house with two large flat roofs and a unique drainage system – Fick Bros was the only company that understood my needs. They were actually the first to do residential vinyl roofs, which is what I had, and they’ve consistently provided top-notch service, inspecting, cleaning, and repairing my roofs on a regular schedule. They recently completed a full roof replacement, and I truly can’t praise their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail enough. I know they might not always be the cheapest option, but the peace of mind knowing they’re handling my roof is absolutely worth it.   I’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing. I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve a billing dispute – an invoice sent under my former name, Faith Sentz – but haven’t received any communication or resolution. It’s unacceptable to be stuck in this cycle with no action taken. I urgently need to discuss this with someone to get it sorted out. report abuse
