  “The last repairman did a really good job fixing the spring, but unfortunately, a new problem has cropped up – the spring broke again. It’s frustrating because he replaced it, but now there’s another issue. Also, the repair from before wasn't actually fixed; I’m still getting air leaks through the windows, and I’m having trouble getting any help or answers on how to properly address this.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with WeatherMaster. Patrick, the salesperson, was fantastic – he was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly without any pressure at all. The installation itself went smoothly; the windows look fantastic and I can finally open and close them properly. They arrived on time, installed 11 windows in about 5 hours, and the installers were both professional and helpful, even showing me how to use my new windows and making sure I had all my warranty paperwork. I signed the contract in late June and the installation was completed on August 26th. I’d definitely recommend WeatherMaster to anyone looking for window replacement. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Weathermaster. The company was recently sold, and it’s clear the change has had a significant negative impact. We ordered 19 windows totaling around $19,000 for a 4-season room, and it’s been a complete nightmare. The initial measurements were taken in January 2024, and we were told it would be about 7-9 weeks before the work was completed. However, the order had to be remeasured in February, and no one seemed to notice the discrepancy. On installation day, several windows were wrong – the top of one was a slider, another was tempered glass, and two were completely swapped. It was baffling that no one checked the warehouse order to ensure accuracy. We were then told a manager, Alen D, would expedite the replacement windows, but they were delayed again for six weeks, finally installed in May. Throughout the whole process, communication with the office staff and managers was terrible; we felt completely ignored and left in the dark.   Overall, I’m pleased with WeatherMaster. I tackled the project in stages between Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 to keep things manageable, and I really appreciated working with Joe M. during the sales process – he was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the different window options, the relevant building codes, and the pricing. The new windows have definitely improved the look of my house and they operate really smoothly. I’ve also noticed a significant difference in how warm my home stays during the winter. The only slight hiccup was with the installation of the windows in my master bedroom – the installer didn’t quite get the aluminum trim right. But WeatherMaster responded quickly, sending someone else out to correct the issue, so I’m happy with how they handled that. I’d definitely recommend WeatherMaster if you’re looking for new windows – they’re a solid choice. report abuse

  “I really have to say, I’m so glad I chose Weathermaster! A friend suggested them to me when I was getting quotes, and I’m incredibly happy with the service. Herb was fantastic – he was really helpful and didn’t push me at all, just gave me a fair price for what I needed. He was also honest about the lead time, letting me know that because of supply chain issues, it would take about 12-16 weeks for the windows to arrive. Thankfully, they actually came in around 10 weeks, which was great. The installer – I don’t remember his name – was super professional and did a really thorough job. He explained everything to me, showed me how to operate the windows, and walked me through the warranty registration. I’d absolutely use them again for future door replacements.” report abuse
