“We had an incredibly upsetting experience with this company, and we’re frankly appalled. We weren’t having any work done on our house—it was the property next door—when their workers simply walked onto our yard and propped a ladder against our house without us knowing. My wife, not realizing there was anyone there, let our dogs out, and the worker then left our gate open, causing our dog to escape into the freezing cold – it was 28 degrees! When we confronted him, he was completely dismissive and showed no concern. My pregnant wife had to rush home from work and we spent two and a half hours searching for our dog in the snow. Thankfully, he’s now safe and warm. Because of this completely unprofessional and alarming situation, we absolutely won’t be using this company for any window work in the future. We don’t need windows right now, but we wouldn’t pay anyone to use this company.”
