  I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. Despite telling them multiple times that we’ve chosen another provider, they’ve been relentlessly calling us. It’s been less than 24 hours since I initially contacted them, and I’ve already received at least three more calls – it feels completely disregarded and invasive. report abuse

  I was really happy with Universal Windows – from the initial sales process to the fantastic customer service. Oscar and his team were incredibly professional, arriving right on time at 8 a.m. and completing the installation by 11:15. Oscar took the time to explain everything I was signing and gave me some great tips on how to care for my new windows. The team installed a large bay window and eight other windows for us, and they were absolutely fantastic – professional, really responsive, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a great job.   Overall, our sales representative was fantastic – she did a great job promoting the company. The installation itself went smoothly, and we’ve scheduled our follow-up appointment for November 18th. However, we were really disappointed with the scheduling and communication. We were told someone would return on a Saturday or Sunday to finish the job, but they didn't show up. Eventually, a technician arrived around 3 pm on Saturday and only completed one window. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially during the holidays, to have unfinished work and difficulty getting updates. We’ve tried to reach the company for information, but the response times are slow, and we’re still waiting for a call back regarding the remaining work. They definitely need to improve their customer service and communication processes. report abuse
