  I was incredibly disappointed with this company. The initial problem wasn’t resolved, and then I was charged an excessive amount for a very brief service call. To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss the bill, I encountered a lack of courtesy and helpfulness from their team. I won’t be using their services again. report abuse

  Honestly, I’d strongly advise against using this company. Their prices are incredibly high, and I’ve heard from multiple sources that they take advantage of customers. You’re much better off finding someone else – or even tackling the job yourself – to avoid getting overcharged. report abuse
