  “I’ve been using Nichols for plumbing for a while now, and I’ve always been happy with their service. However, last winter, getting a timely appointment with them was a real struggle, so I decided to try Jordan. He’s now completely taken over for me – he’s fantastic! This winter he handled a huge workload for me: installing three water heaters, two new faucets, a dishwasher, and even rerouting some washing machine pipes. He was a lifesaver when I had a burst pipe and a flood – he responded so quickly in the middle of the night. What really impressed me is that he’s fair with his prices and genuinely seems to be thinking about what's best for his clients. He's also incredibly efficient and keeps his work area spotless – my tenant even commented on how professional and tidy he was.   “We were in a really tough spot when we bought our new home and discovered we needed a completely new septic system – and then we learned the grading issues meant our plumbing had to be rerouted! Adding to the pressure, we needed someone to tackle this urgently before Christmas. Jordan was the only plumber who responded quickly and made us a priority. He handled everything from getting the permits to actually doing the work, and he was fantastic. He was always early, stayed late, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and kept our workspace clean. He even identified and fixed a couple of minor plumbing problems we hadn't realized we had!
