The recent repair – a $600 bill to replace a capacitor while I was out of town – was completely botched. The technician didn’t actually complete the job, and I found out upon my return that the capacitor hadn't been changed. It’s frustrating and raises serious concerns about quality control.”

Thankfully, a second technician came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem – it was a faulty capacitor. ”

I waited all day for the scheduled appointment, and the only communication I received was a promise of a callback within 30 minutes, which never happened. They didn’t contact me until after 6pm to reschedule – a completely unacceptable experience with no proactive updates.”

“Unfortunately, AccuTemp’s work resulted in significant problems for our home. They installed an AC unit that was too large for our space, and they didn't properly seal the ducts, which created a lot of humidity and, ultimately, mold growth. While they did replace one affected duct, they didn’t seem to investigate the underlying issue causing the problem.”

I can’t recommend this company. Their pricing was completely unreasonable – they charged $900 for just six smoke alarms and $250 to simply look at a flickering ceiling fan, with no guarantee of a repair. It felt like they weren’t interested in keeping customers, and I strongly advise against using their services.
