  I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from American Plumbing. We had a gas smell coming from our hot water heater and they responded incredibly quickly – Seth and Logan were there in no time. They were so friendly, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They fixed the leak really efficiently and quickly, and honestly, it’s the best plumbing repair I’ve ever had.   American Plumbing did a fantastic job tackling the really tricky issue I had with a clogged sewage line. They quickly diagnosed the problem – it wasn’t just a simple clog, but a malfunctioning lift pit pump that was actually causing the backups. What impressed me most was their expertise; they not only used the large drain cleaning machine, but also showed me exactly how to look for potential problems with the lift pit pump in the future.   Seth was fantastic! A friend recommended him to me, and I called him late on a Saturday night with a really stressful problem – water was seeping up through the hall tiles. He responded incredibly quickly and was so calm and patient as we worked through what was happening. We were worried it might be a serious foundation issue, but he immediately put our minds at ease and assured us they handled those types of problems all the time.
