I was really disappointed with this company. They quoted me $730 to fix a small water leak outside, and an unbelievable $2500 to install a new waterline – which seemed completely excessive considering how close the existing pipe was. When I questioned the prices, they simply said that’s what their book says. It quickly became clear that the $2500 price included replacing the entire waterline, of course. The leak repair itself would have only taken an hour, and they estimated less than $50 in parts. I got a much better quote from another company for half the price – it was clear this was a significantly inflated estimate.
