  “I wanted to share my positive experience with Garcia Roofing. Over a year ago, they replaced some vents for us, and while everything was great initially, a leak developed that unfortunately damaged our ceiling. I was understandably concerned, but I have to say, Garcia Roofing handled the situation flawlessly. Spencer came out to inspect and, recognizing it was due to an error during the original installation, took full responsibility. It’s good to know companies own up to mistakes, and Garcia Roofing did just that. Karen was fantastic at coordinating everything, and Jose really went above and beyond – he was incredibly thorough, explained exactly what he was doing, and left the area spotless. Seriously, it was like he hadn't been there! The whole team deserves a huge thank you. As someone who works in insurance, I truly value reliable and trustworthy contractors, and Garcia Roofing has certainly earned my respect.” report abuse

  Garcia Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof following Hurricane Ida. They were incredibly hardworking, battling the cold and rain to get the job done, and they also took care to clean up everything afterward. Caymen Landry, our project manager, was fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. We’d definitely recommend them to any of our neighbors! report abuse

  Honestly, our experience with Garcia was incredibly disappointing. We went to them hoping to avoid the awful experience we had with Premier South, but it was just as bad, if not worse. We signed a contract back in March, and five months later, they’re *still* not finished with our roof. They’ve had to send people out multiple times to try and complete the work, and despite all that, the roof is still leaking where they supposedly fixed it. To make matters worse, their initial installation was so wrong that we had to hire someone else to correct it, which has ultimately cost us a significant amount of money. We were desperate to get the problem resolved before it caused further damage to our home, but Garcia couldn't seem to prioritize our needs. We absolutely won’t be using their services again, and I’d strongly advise everyone to consider other roofing companies before even thinking about contacting Garcia – it’s simply not worth the hassle. report abuse

Cayman Landry was fantastic as the project manager – he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the final result looks absolutely amazing. Rob Bice, the sales representative, was also great, really helpful and explained the whole process really well, including that helpful slideshow.   “I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service Dustin Mott and Austin Hood provided on our recent roofing project. Dustin truly went above and beyond, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything, including detailed photos and a complete overview of the work needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and frankly, his level of detail was far beyond what we received from any other contractor. Austin, as our Project Manager, was also fantastic – he kept us constantly updated on the progress and ensured everything was done to the highest standards, with a particular focus on safety. With my background in government contracting, I really valued his attention to detail and commitment to best practices.
