He kept us fully informed about the timeline and updates, and he even went above and beyond by checking in a few times a day and returning to the site during the rain to ensure there were no leaks. It’s really appreciated that he continues to check in with us months later – it shows they genuinely care about their customers.   Parish Roofing was fantastic – truly a top-tier experience. From the initial visit to the final cleanup, everything was handled with professionalism and care. I was particularly impressed with Ron Richmond, who came across as a genuinely knowledgeable and trustworthy guy; he really took the time to walk me through the entire process, from assessing the damage to navigating the insurance claim. Landon, the project manager, was also outstanding – he kept me informed every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring, especially given the unexpected amount of water damage we discovered. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns and were upfront about potential extra costs, like the additional work needed on the soffit and fascia. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were prioritizing quality and long-term protection for my home. The crew completed the job quickly and efficiently, finishing the large roof and carport extension in just two days, and they went above and beyond with the cleanup.
